We are seeking a dedicated and organized Team Assistant to support our dynamic team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, enhancing team productivity, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and controlling inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or as Shift Lead is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Experience in training & development, shift management, and employee supervision is highly valued.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with attention to detail; prior administrative experience is advantageous.
