Overview
We’re looking for friendly, energetic Crew Members to join our team and help deliver a fun, fast-paced dining experience. As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of our café — serving up delicious smoothies and food with a smile. If you enjoy working in a lively environment and love providing great customer service, this is the perfect role for you!
Duties
- Prepare and assemble menu items such as smoothies, sandwiches, and snacks following established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle food safely by following sanitation procedures and proper food handling practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and equipment; assist with bussing tables and food prep as needed.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while processing transactions quickly.
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or retail environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
