At Tropical Smoothie Cafe we spend our days making fresh, better for you Smoothies and Food items. A day in the life of a Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member or Shift Manager entails serving fresh Smoothies, Wraps, Sandwiches, and Flat Breads, all while maintaining a clean and friendly work environment.

To be a Cafe Crew Member, we are seeking energetic, friendly individuals with a passion for customer service! No specific work experience is required, but customer service experience is a plus. Crew Members and Shift Managers must excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working in a team setting, and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

At Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Crew Members and Shift Managers do not have to work with grease, fryers, or anything similar. You will enjoy working in this Eat Better, Feel Better environment!
