ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support operational testing and pilots by coordinating logistics, gathering feedback, and summarizing findings.
- Assist with the development of rollout plans, including timelines, resource needs, and communications.
- Participate in cross-functional discovery and scoping meetings to identify operational needs and solutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation and tracking tools in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (Monday.com).
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders, including Training, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Track and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Provide insights and support to improve the operational effectiveness of new processes and initiatives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant operations or hospitality industry.
- Exposure to project coordination or process improvement efforts is a plus.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, OR KNOWLEDGE
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and navigate internal platforms and systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Primary workspace is office-based in Atlanta, GA.
- Occasional travel may be required (up to 25%).
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
