Duties
- Assist two licensed community association managers in managing daily community operations, including Board, owner and vendor communications and property maintenance coordination
- Research Florida Statutes and association governing documents to provide operational context
- Utilize Frontsteps association management software to enter data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records of resident accounts and transactions
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring resident satisfaction and resolving conflicts effectively
- Participate in conflict management efforts by mediating resident dissatisfaction while upholding community standards
- Assist with facilities management tasks such as coordinating repairs, overseeing property maintenance schedules, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles requiring organizational oversight
- Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build positive resident relationships
- Demonstrated conflict management skills with a diplomatic approach to resolving disputes
- Office experience involving data entry, filing, customer relationship management and administrative support tasks
- Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing skills for high volume email responses, violation letters, meeting notices, Board, owner and vendor communications
- Florida Community Association Management (CAM) license is a plus
