We are seeking a Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) who will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move and transport goods, materials, and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers using forklift equipment
- Assist in picking and staging orders for shipment based on order lists and inventory records
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
- Report on discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Operations Manager
- Adhere to safety guidelines, regulations, and protocols while operating forklifts and handling
- Forklift certification and hands-on experience (required)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours as needed (required)
- Experience in food distribution, logistics or export environment (preferred)
- Ability to review documents and understand order details
- Comfortable working in cold warehouse conditions for extended periods
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift to required limits, and perform physical tasks
