Job Overview
We are seeking an efficient organized Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our team! The role will involve chat sessions & email correspondence via hubspot, phone conversations, customer claims, charging invoices and managing other administrative related tasks. Efficiency and possession of excellent communication skills and ability to multi task will be a plus in the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the phone system by directing calls accurately, responding to emails, and communicating with customers via chat in a professional manner while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to ensure accurate record-keeping and bookkeeping.
- Organize files, maintain office supplies inventory, and oversee filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Requirements
- Seeking Customer Service Representative with Hands-On HubSpot CRM Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
Pay: $20.00 per hour
