Tropic Mechanical is expanding in Jacksonville and we’re looking for a strong field leader to take ownership of mechanical construction operations.
This role will lead execution on complex HVAC projects—driving schedule, manpower, safety, and quality from start to finish. You’ll work directly with PMs, GCs, and field teams to deliver projects the right way.
