What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy equipment operator - team lead position at Trophy Pond Management?
We are seeking an experienced, responsible, hard-working equipment operator with at least five years of experience operating both bulldozers and excavators. The person hired for this position will lead a crew, and should have experience in that capacity. We are specifically seeking a self-starter, go-getter type who does not need to be micro-managed, who takes the reins of a job and sees that it gets done. Experience building ponds is a major plus. This position will also help with jobs on our fish farm ranging from seining ponds to installing aeration systems to delivering fish to customers. The most important traits for this position are reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who will make our company stronger, not weaker.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
