Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Identify and cultivate new business strategies to help existing clients with their business policies.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for prospective and existing clients to understand their unique needs.
• Present tailored insurance solutions and proposals that effectively address identified risks.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through policy renewal, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams to secure competitive coverage terms and pricing.
• Stay informed about market trends, new products, and regulatory changes impacting commercial insurance.
