- HVAC and in-home closing experience is a plus!

What You’ll Do
- Speak directly with homeowners in-person at their homes
- Schedule roofing inspection appointments
- Perform basic ground-level visual inspections
- Determine whether a project requires repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement
- Prepare detailed and accurate roofing estimates based on the available inspection information
- Communicate estimate details and project recommendations with internal production and operations teams
- Manage multiple estimates while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy

We generate leads by meeting homeowners and meeting them where they are located. Our highest earners have been consistently on track for earnings between $100k - $200k .
Schedule
- On-site role
- Monday–Friday - Alternating Saturdays
- Availability between 10am–7:30 pm (CST)
- No overnight travel
- Work outdoors and stay active
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to clients face-to-face
- Comfortable speaking with long term homeowners
- A positive attitude
- A strong desire to succeed
- Professionalism
- Great communications skills
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to and from the office
- Ability to work 40 hrs between 10am - 7pm (CST) , Mon - Fri - Alternating Saturday
