Sales/Delivery Representative & Tasting Room Server
Two Shy Brewing is looking for a motivated, outgoing team member who can balance customer-facing service in our tasting room with sales and delivery responsibilities out in the community. Responsibilities Sales & Delivery
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing draft and package accounts.
- Deliver kegs, cases, and merchandise to accounts in a safe and timely manner.
- Track inventory, coordinate orders, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Identify new sales opportunities and represent the Two Shy brand professionally.
- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and follow all safety protocols.
- Provide friendly, reliable customer service to our wholesale partners.
Tasting Room & Customer Service
- Greet and serve customers in the tasting room with a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Pour beer, describe products, and provide recommendations to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tasting room environment.
- Operate POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Assist with events, promotions, and brewery activities as needed.
- Restock inventory, clean glassware, and support day-to-day tasting room operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required).
- Ability to lift and move kegs (55–180 lbs) with proper technique.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a small team.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting daily tasks.
- Prior beverage/beer industry experience a plus but not required.
- Must be 21 .

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
