What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Representative position at Trophies2Go.com?
Our ideal candidate would act as the primary link between our company and its customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled and problems are resolved with accuracy and professionalism.
Written and verbal skills are a must as we answer many phone calls, emails and input customer orders. The ability to multi task is beneficial to the type of work we do. Working in several different areas of our small business, including front office and warehouse would be preferred. Our hours of operation are 8 to 3PM Monday thru Friday. Looking for someone at lease 20 hours per week up to full time hours. Full time employees would be eligible for medical and dental benefits.
