Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time team member who is comfortable working across multiple roles, including prep cook, barista, and cashier. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Summer (Kitchen Role):
- Work closely with the back-of-house manager to prepare and assemble food items.
- Ensure all food is prepared to Trophies Café’s high standards of taste and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Winter (Barista & Cashier Role):
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks to order.
- Take customer orders and handle cash register transactions accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Full-time availability is required.
- A passion for food, coffee, and hospitality.
- Ability to work in both back-of-house and front-of-house roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
- Previous experience in food service or barista work is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
