Accountant

Overview
Trooper USA is a rapidly expanding Commercial Services Provider with offices in Mesa, AZ. We have been providing Commercial Services to all levels of local Governments and various other commercial industries both at the local and national levels for 10 years. We are looking for an experienced accountant that can help us to manage our accounting functions due to our constant growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting principles.
• Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and improve cash flow management.
• Utilize accounting software such as FreshBooks, and Quickbooks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights on financial performance and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Accoutant
• Minimum of a 2 year degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate and work in a team enviroment
• Familiar with Payroll requirements, Accounts Receivables, and Accounts Payables
• Familiar with preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports
