TROOP is dedicated to delivering compassionate, professional support to help families navigate the challenges of childbirth and newborn care.
We are hiring full and part-time postpartum doulas and birth doulas in Dallas, TX and Austin, TX.
Postpartum doulas on our team are employees and enjoy benefits like paid sick time, medical benefits and hourly pay for every single hour work (that includes, training, mentorship and meetings). We are also looking for birth doulas to join as contractors.
