Key Responsibilities of the Utility Person:

Cleans clubhouse restrooms daily.
- Cleans Kitchen daily.
- Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
- Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
- Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.

Vacuums and sweeps clubhouse daily.

Collects trash in and around clubhouse area and disposes in facility dumpster.

Checks the restrooms on a regular schedule.

Maintains clubhouse cleanliness throughout work shift.

Cleans and washes golf carts.

Cleans and maintains an organized golf cart storage facility.

Assists with set up and cleanup of event tent.

Assists management team with similar housekeeping tasks when needed.

Reports all problem situations to the Manager of the Day in a timely manner.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Utility Person:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a valid driver’s license (if driving golf cars).

Must have a strong work ethic.

Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.

Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment.

Must have good customer/guest orientation.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
Other Qualifications:

Regular and reliable attendance.

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.
Working Conditions:

Frequently stands, walks and sits.
