Overview
- Interns have the opportunity to rotate through three distinct kitchen operations, gaining exposure to à la carte dining, banquet production, and high-volume fast-casual service.
- Rotations (30 Days Each):
- Main Kitchen
- À La Carte Dining
- Banquet & Events Kitchen
- Pool Cabana / Golf Course Kitchen
Learning Objectives:
- Develop knife skills and mise en place discipline
- Execute recipes and prep lists accurately
- Understand service styles across multiple dining formats
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
