- Monitor pace of play throughout the course and assist groups in maintaining proper flow
- Serve as an on-course resource for members and guests by answering questions and offering assistance
- Report any course issues, maintenance concerns, or member needs to the golf shop staff
- Help maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere on the golf course
