What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilates Instructor position at Troon?
Entrada at Snow Canyon is seeking an enthusiastic and certified Fitness Instructor to lead engaging and effective group fitness classes and/or personal training sessions. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, provides exceptional member service, and contributes to a positive and motivating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead group fitness classes such as stretch, Pilates, strength training, HIIT, aqua fitness, or dance fitness.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by demonstrating proper technique and offering modifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness environment.
Engage with members to build relationships and encourage participation in fitness programs.
Stay current with fitness trends and continuing education.
Qualifications:
Current nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM).
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Previous experience teaching group fitness or personal training preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.

The Wellness Center at Entrada is located within a private, gated community and is part of an exclusive country club nestled against the stunning red rock cliffs of Snow Canyon.
The facility features state-of-the-art fitness equipment, including cardio machines, free weights, resistance training systems, and functional training tools. Group fitness studios are equipped for a wide range of classes such as yoga, mat Pilates, stretch and mobility, HIIT, aqua fitness, and more. Our twelve pickleball courts, Spa, new Pilates reformer studio, and stunning outdoor pool provide additional opportunities for wellness and relaxation.
