Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizes the payroll and time and attendance systems to answer questions, process payroll, review/update information and resolve issues for employees and managers.
- Ensures garnishments are submitted to UKG Pro timely and review all entered garnishments and calculations for accuracy.
- Sets up and processes various earnings and deductions requests/spreadsheets accurately and timely.
- Troubleshoots data related issues in both UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions.
- Generates manual checks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensures all payroll checks are distributed timely to the field.
- Researches and resolves payroll related inquiries from employees and management.
- Fully participates and ensures success of various projects as assigned.
- Demonstrates strong focus on teamwork and initiatives as well as manages independent workload.
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in high volume payroll.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Must possess strong customer service skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
- UKG experience is a plus.
