New Berlin Hills Golf Course, located in New Berlin, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Pay:
$10.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
- Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
- Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
- Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash-down area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
- Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon.
- Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, and speed of play.
- Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.
- Performs range maintenance, including presenting the practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies, or ball pyramids, and maintaining ball inventory over the course of the day.
- Directs the start of play when necessary.
- Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Services customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
- Assists with food and beverage activities.
- Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year of customer service experience or training.
Certificates/Licenses:

Valid driver's license required.
