Assist the Guest Services Manager with daily operations including, but not limited to, providing excellent service to our members and guests, shoe care, general cleaning, maintaining par levels of inventory, and communicating with other members of the staff.

Assist the Guest Services Manager with daily operations including, but not limited to, providing excellent service to our members and guests, shoe care, general cleaning, maintaining par levels of inventory, and communicating with other members of the staff.
Key Responsibilities of the Locker Room Attendant
- Performs all facets of shoe care, including by not limited to cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and storage of shoes.
- Performs individual and complete spike replacement services for members and guests.
- Maintains exceptional levels of customer service, cleanliness, locker room supplies and accessories.
- All duties pertaining to a private member locker room including shoe cleaning, polishing, and customer service.
- Other duties as determined by the Head Golf Professional.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 years' experience at a private golf club.
- Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.
- Able to work both weekdays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Handyman skills are a plus.
