Lake Monticello Pool is seeking responsible and energetic Seasonal Lifeguards to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for residents and guests throughout the summer season. This position is Seasonal (Late Spring–Summer).

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations consistently and professionally.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Perform water rescues, first aid, and CPR/AED as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Conduct routine safety checks of equipment and facilities.
- Provide courteous and helpful interaction with members and guests.
- Minimum age: 16 years old (or per certification requirements).
- Current Lifeguard Certification required (American Red Cross or equivalent).
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
- Strong swimming ability and alertness.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in summer weather conditions.
