What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Troon?
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal landscape material
- Mulching, edging, pruning, and general landscape maintenance
- Weed control and bed maintenance
- Assisting with irrigation repairs and installation
- Operating hand tools and power equipment safely
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials
- Assisting with property improvement projects
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance throughout the club grounds
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Weekend work is a regular part of the schedule and required as part of maintaining championship-level golf course conditions.
