Ala Wai Driving Range, located in Honolulu, HI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Maintain professional appearance
- Process customer reservations for golf course guests
- Provides fast, fun and friendly customer service to arriving guests to expedite check‐in process
- Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
- Collects fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the register as trained
- Issues receipts for guest purchases
- Takes messages for staff or guests
- Assists in reconciliation of daily CC charges/ accounts receivable to daily register at the closing of the day
- Assists with golf cart setup or washing after use as needed when picking range balls
- Performs clean‐up and closing procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Must be highly motivated, goal-driven and a self‐starter

Must have basic math skills and computer knowledge

Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

Must be able to operate a gas or electric golf cart

Valid Driver's License
