The Golf Club at Mansion Ridge seeks a part-time Guest Services Attendant for the Golf department. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our private club members and guests.
Mansion Ridge is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course that is rated four stars on Golf Digest's "Places to Play" list. In 2022 it was named a top 15 public golf course in New York State (Golf Week).
Summary:
Seeking highly motivated and reliable team member with a strong work ethic. Primary focus is enhancing the overall guest experience through superior customer service skills. Must be an excellent team member, shows initiative, is positive and enthusiastic in order to succeed. Strong organizational skills and planning.

- Responsibilities-Executes daily golf operation by fulfilling the role of starter, bag drop, cart/range attendant.
- Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all members with services such as golf bag handling and golf club cleaning.
- Prepares and cleans golf carts for play following club standards.
- Maintains cleanliness of the clubhouse area, range, cart barn, bag room.
- Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
Qualifications:

Must be enthusiastic and display a professional, member friendly manner.Must have valid NY driver's license and good driving record to meet the standards of driving insurability.

Knowledge of the game of golf is required. Prior country club experience is helpful.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs, work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays.
