General Purpose:
This position will be responsible for organizing and promoting children's activities this summer at The Peninsula Golf and Country Club.

Essential Duties:
- Coordinate and direct children's activities
- Work birthdays, holiday parties, and special events
- Produce communication materials
- Develop unique, creative, and innovative programs and events
- Participate in and lead high-energy physical activities, often with multiple children at once
- Lift, carry, and transport materials including large panels, bins, and furniture
- Ability to work effectively with diverse staff, parents, and employees
- Ability to implement and supervise a positive, creative, and entertaining environment while incorporating youth enrichment programming
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to be a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
