Driving Range Bartender – Full Time
Compensation: $18/hour gratuity

Reports To: F&B Director, Front of House Manager
Position Overview
The Driving Range Bartender is a key front‑line ambassador of the club, providing warm, attentive, and member‑first service in a unique outdoor bar environment. This role requires bar dependable, self‑motivated individual who excels working independently, maintains strong attendance habits, and consistently delivers a polished, professional experience. The ideal candidate brings strong bar knowledge, a friendly presence, and the anility to uphold club standards while managing all aspects of opening and/or closing the range bar.
Key Responsibilities
Member Service
- Provide a welcoming, personable, and service‑oriented experience to all members and guests
- Build rapport with regulars and anticipate needs in a relaxed but refined setting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment throughout the shift
Bar Operations - Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain full knowledge of bar offerings; beer knowledge is a strong plus
- Manage inventory, restocking, and product rotation
- Handle POS transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ensure compliance with all California alcohol service laws and club policies
Opening & Closing Duties - Execute all opening procedures, including setup, stocking, and readiness checks
- Complete all closing responsibilities, including cleaning, breakdown, and securing the bar
- Work independently with confidence, accountability, and attention to detail
Standards & Safety - Uphold all sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to club grooming guidelines
- Communicate any member concerns, maintenance issues, or supply needs to management
Qualifications - California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required
- Prior bartending experience required; private club experience preferred
- Strong attendance record and proven reliability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Warm, friendly, member‑first approach
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
