The Ridge at Castle Pines, located in Castle Rock, CO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Dishwasher/Prep Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Details, stocks, and maintains all kitchen equipment; cleans the kitchen after close
- Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler, by sweeping and mopping
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage
- Performs daily cleaning, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas
- Assists with light food prep
- Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality
- Practices excellent operational sanitation
- Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates
- Communicates equipment repair needs with the chef
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Performs other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
