Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist new homeowners and residents

Schedule and coordinate spa appointments

Support Members with questions and general inquiries

Provide front desk coverage, including calls, emails, and check-ins

Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown

Conduct facility walkthroughs and report maintenance issues

Receive and manage deliveries and inventory

Maintain assigned areas to ensure tidy and organized spaces

Support the Lifestyle Manager with special projects and events

Perform other tasks as needed to support the team
Physical Requirements:
This is a very physically demanding role. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, move furniture, assist with event setup and breakdown, and be actively involved throughout their shift.
