The Lodge of Four Seasons, located in Lake Ozark, MO, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Cart Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Maintains professional appearance
- Transports carts to and from the cart barn daily
- Cleans, waters, and checks carts after each use and restocks as required.
- Cleans and maintains the cart barn.
- Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times
- Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop.
- Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments
- Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be customer/guest focused
- Must be dependable
- Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Working knowledge of the rules of golf is preferred.
- Ability to learn and enforce course policies, rules, and regulations
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
