Maintains a professional appearance at all times.

Drives the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests.

Maintains a supply of all bar products and supplies, including glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies.

Stocks beverage carts to par levels each day of use.

Ensures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed.

Operates Micros; handles cash, room charges, guest and member charges, and credit card charges according to procedure.

Learns the names of regulars and personally recognizes them.

Monitors guest experience and takes appropriate action to ensure the best customer service.

Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available.

Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks.

Performs cleanup and closing duties as assigned.

Communicates effectively with peers, management, line, and front-of-house employees.

Ensures that all guests are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Assists in upkeep of the golf course as needed.

Assists in food preparation and tends bar as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
- Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must be dependable.
- Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes preferred.
- Ability to operate a computerized or electronic cash register system.
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
- Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette.
- One to two years of bartending experience.

Valid driver's license required.
