Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times
- Drives the beverage cart to various areas on the golf course to service guests
- Maintains a supply of all bar products and supplies, including glassware, expendable paper goods, and other items
- Stocks beverage carts to par levels each day of use
- Ensures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
- Operates the Jonas Point-of-Sale (POS) system and processes member charges and credit card transactions according to procedure
- Learns the names of regular guests and personally recognizes them
- Monitors the guest experience and takes appropriate action to ensure excellent customer service
- Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
- Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Communicates effectively with peers, management, line staff, and front-of-house employees
- Ensures that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Assists in food preparation and tends bar as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Experience preferred but not required
