Key Responsibilities
- Assists with day-to-day golf shop operations, including check-in, tee times, merchandise sales, and member service
- Supports tournament operations, leagues, clinics, and club events
- Provides professional instruction to golfers of all skill levels
- Maintains pace of play and ensures an enjoyable on-course experience
- Assists with outside operations, cart fleet readiness, and practice facility presentation
- Helps manage inventory, merchandising displays, and special orders
- Upholds club standards and creates a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
- Supports the Head Golf Professional and management team with administrative duties as needed
- Previous golf operations or customer service experience preferred
- PGA Associate or PGA Member status preferred (or desire to pursue)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of golf rules, tournament formats, and point-of-sale systems a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
