SUMMARY
This is a skilled salary position primarily responsible for assisting in the collection of membership accounts, daily deposit preparation, management of daily night audit/outlet documents, and accounts payable processing. Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the management of the night audit daily documentation.
- Prepare daily bank deposits.
- Make adjustments as needed to member accounts (JONAS).
- Assist in the collection of past-due member accounts.
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable.
- Pull and reconcile credit card statements.
- Assist in account reconciliation.
- Work with vendors, guests, and co-workers to solve problems.
- Must be able to explain detailed matters in written format that others can understand.
- Performs other tasks as needed to support the department and organization, as assigned by the Controller.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Associates degree preferred
- Experience: 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS
- Technical / Hard Skills: Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Google platform, SAGE, Springer-Miller, Jonas, CONCUR, adept at importing and exporting data.
- Soft Skills: Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail; Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work independently, as well as with other team members.
