Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management, including filing, answering phones, and message-taking.
- Conduct clerical duties such as typing, copying, and managing email correspondence.
- Welcome and orient visitors to the sub-community office and/or facility.
- Assist with guest registration and related customer service needs within the community.
- Distribute daily mail and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, including databases.
- Respond to public and resident inquiries, providing accurate information regarding sub-community services.
- Prepare and format summaries, reports, and general documentation.
- Complete special assignments and projects as directed by management.
- Maintain and update office procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support community operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Qualifications
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Scheduled days off: Saturday’s & Sunday’s - Intermediate to advanced computer skills are strongly preferred, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including letter composition and professional phone interaction.
