Tronix Cards and Games is looking to grow our Events Team!
We’re looking for someone who enjoys gaming, TCG, connecting with people, and being a part of the community. Our events range from Pokémon and TCG tournaments to video game events, special releases, guest appearances, community events, seasonal activities, inside and outside the store!
As part of the Events Team, you’ll work alongside our Events Coordinator and store team to help bring these events to life. You’ll have the opportunity to help with planning, setup, hosting events, advertising events, interacting with attendees, and coming up with ideas for what we can do next.
What You'll Be Doing
- Help plan, prepare, and run events at Tronix and occasionally off-site
- Set up and break down event spaces
- Help with check-in, registration, prizes, giveaways, and other event activities
- Interact with customers, players, families, vendors, guests, and community partners
- Help keep events organized and running smoothly
- Bring your own ideas to the table and help develop new events
- Represent Tronix at community events and activities
- Work with the Events Coordinator and store team on upcoming projects
- Jump in and help wherever the event needs it

- Friendly and comfortable talking to anyone and everyone (kids, families, gamers, collectors, and the general public)
- Reliable and able to stay organized when things get busy
- A team player who isn't afraid to jump in and get things done
- Creative and willing to contribute ideas
- Knowledge in gaming, Pokémon, TCGs, Collecting, Playing, and More!
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Previous event, retail, customer service, or gaming experience is a plus, but we’re not expecting you to walk in knowing everything. We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, willing to learn, and excited to be part of what we're building.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
