Groundskeeper

We operate with a fully staffed, in-house service department—including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, lawn-care crews, and snow-removal teams—allowing us to maintain our properties efficiently and to the highest standards. Trone is seeking an individual to join our growing team as our Groundskeeper. This position reports directly to the Property Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our grounds at our properties. Such tasks include being able to operate heavy equipment such as lawn mowers, weed trimmer, and blowers.
Qualifications
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perform work outside in all weather conditions. Perform physical work, that requires lifting weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.
- Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
