We are seeking an energetic and motivated Virtual Solar Sales Consultant specializing in outside sales to join our expanding team. Duties
- Conduct cold calling and virtual consultations to identify customer needs and present solar solutions
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and follow up effectively
- Develop tailored proposals that highlight the benefits of solar energy for each client
- Negotiate contracts and close sales by addressing customer questions and overcoming objections
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies and enhance lead generation efforts
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress within CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to project completion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly desirable
- Knowledge of solar sales processes, renewable energy products, or related technical fields is a plus
- Ability to conduct door-to-door outreach confidently while maintaining professionalism and persistence
