Must have extensive VIRGINIA foreclosure process experience and be willing to work in the VIRGINIA office!
Position within Legal Operations and Administration that plays a key role with the design of a “best in class” law firm with the highest levels of compliance, efficiency and achievement of both internal and external goals. Responsible for day to day operations of foreclosure processing for all functions from referral to sale. Assist with building and managing the day-to-day operations along with a heavy focus on improving systems, process.
Skills Include:
File review and set up
· Document Preparation including but not limited Substitution of Trustee, Title Litigation Complaints, Eviction Unlawful Detainers, Notice of Sale and Final accounting
· Client communication and system updates
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook
· Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and understand deadlines
· Must be responsible, reliable, detail oriented and capable of working in a team environment.
· A plus to have experience with CaseAware and vendor platforms such as BKFS, SSE and Tempo
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
