Tromberg, Miller, Morris & Partners, PLLC (TMP) is a well-respected law firm located in six states. The Firm represents financial institutions, lenders and creditors. TMP maintains a professional and supportive environment that offers upward movement into leadership and management positions. The Firm is seeking a Texas Creditors’ Rights Associate Attorney to join the growing team.
Key responsibilities:
· Draft and review legal documents including complaints, defaults, motions, judgments, disputes, turnovers and settlements
· Adequately manage a case load and update case management system
· Prepare and attend hearings or mediations as necessary
· Communicate effectively with associate attorneys, staff and clients
Qualifications:
- Experience is plus but is not necessary. TMP is willing to train.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to multi-task a large number of matters at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of honesty and ethics as an officer of the court
- Willingness to seek to fulfil our clients’ needs in a consumer-friendly fashion.
- Texas Bar License required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
