Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Grounds and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Trollwood Performing Arts School. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper operation of our buildings and grounds, as well as assisting with various tasks as required.
As a key member of our facilities department, you will work closely with the Lead Custodian to complete scheduled cleaning and preparation duties, as well as assist with moving equipment and supplies as required. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper operation of the buildings and grounds.
- Assist with setting up and tearing down events.
- Operate necessary equipment to maintain the grounds, including but not limited to; riding and push lawn mowers, weed whackers, hedge trimmers.
Requirements:
- Confident ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
- Availability to work various schedules including evenings and weekends.
- Valid Drivers' License required.
