We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agency Producer to join our team and drive growth through proactive sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding our insurance product offerings, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, mildly persuasive, and independently driven. We offer a base salary to get you stated. Your actual income will depend directly upon your effort to recognize opportunities and follow thru with the sale. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate confidently will be key to your success. Responsibilities
- Generate new business by actively pursuing sales opportunities through office visits, cold calling, networking, and community engagement
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to client requirements
- Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing with clients to secure optimal agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as quoting, policy processing, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing insurance related inquiries related to health insurance, property casualty insurance, benefits administration, and other products
- Stay informed on industry regulations including insurance regulation compliance and HIPAA guidelines for health information privacy
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones using telemarketing techniques and outreach campaigns
Qualifications
- An Insurance license and some sales experience with insurance or a related industry helpful.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to promote agency services effectively
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment
