Minimal overtime on local projects. Travel assignments may require additional flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead up to - two concurrent projects across the West Coast
• Supervise field teams and subcontractors
• Program and commission access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems
• Interpret and execute installation drawings and design specifications
• Update as-built documentation (PDF, Excel)
• Maintain government PIV credentials and clearance requirements as needed
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to TFZ’s high standards

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in electronic security system installation & programming
• Experience leading projects valued at $100,000
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and system integration
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Professional communication and leadership skills

Certifications / Experience

• Lenel OnGuard Fundamentals (or equivalent experience)
• Software House C•CURE 9000 (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Certifications / Experience OR Ability to Obtain

• OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)
• Milestone XProtect
• American Dynamics Victor

Salary: $41.00 to $46.00

Your First 30 Days

• Four weeks of hands-on onboarding with an experienced Project Manager
• Immersion in TFZ systems, standards, and processes
• Certification completion and live project exposure
• Clear growth path and performance expectations
