We are a licensed Private Investigations firm seeking self-motivated, autonomous individuals to join our growing team. With over 20 years of combined experience, we maintain a flexible environment while upholding the highest standards of respect and integrity when servicing our clients and debtors. All applicants will undergo a criminal background check upon hire. Every applicant will undergo a Criminal Background check upon hire.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skip tracing/investigation on accounts in compliance with federal laws and regulations.
- Leverage skip tracing experience and knowledge to locate individuals or assets on behalf of clients
- Contact individuals by phone to verify and update missing or incorrect information.
- Accurately document account details and input data into the appropriate systems
- Work independently while maintaining a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Pay is based on experience; draw salary plus commission.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm.
After a 90 day probationary period, management may consider granting a flexible schedule depending on individual performance.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years investigative related experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of internet search tools to locate individuals or assets (e.g. TLOxp, Clear)
- 5 years of experience with Recovery Database Network (RDN)
- In-depth understanding of state and federal regulations related to CFPB, FDCPA, GLBA, ECPA/TPA
- Good organizational skills with the ability to efficiently multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time and work on a PC throughout most of the day
