Job Title: Property & Casualty Insurance Producer
Overview
We are seeking a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance professional to join our team on a highly flexible, producer-driven model. This position allows you to work on your own schedule, remotely or in-person, with only a monthly meeting requirement. Producers from other agencies or firms who already manage a book of business are strongly encouraged to apply; qualified candidates may transfer their book and receive 90% of their book’s premium year-over-year.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, service, and retain a portfolio of P&C insurance clients.
- Manage new business, renewals, and ongoing coverage adjustments.
- Provide advisory support and communicate coverage recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal agency standards.
- Attend one required monthly meeting (virtual or in-person).
- For producers with an existing book: ensure smooth onboarding, servicing, and continued retention.
Day-to-Day
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to assess needs and provide coverage solutions.
- Submit basic information needed for quoting and placement—our full-time staff will perform back-end support, including:
- Quoting
- Binding
- Shopping and comparing carrier rates
- Policy administration tasks
- Renewal preparation
- Maintain oversight of your book and client relationships while leveraging agency staff for operational support.
- Manage follow-ups, prospecting activities, and client outreach on a timeline you set.

Candidate Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

Pay and Compensation
- Determined by previous experience level
- Commissions are negotiable
