About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Support Engineer to provide both remote technical support and on-site services for our managed services clients.
This role is ideal for a technician who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and communicating directly with clients across both Microsoft and Apple environments.
You will manage tickets from diagnosis through resolution and support a variety of small to mid-sized business environments.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices
- Troubleshoot Windows Server environments
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD)
- Assist with networking issues (DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless)
- Configure and deploy Windows and Mac workstations
- Support line-of-business applications
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members
- Document all work thoroughly
- 3 years of hands-on IT support experience
- Experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 tenants
- Working knowledge of:
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- DNS / DHCP
- TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Ability to travel locally for on-site client support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MSP or multi-client environment experience
- Apple Business Manager / MDM experience
- Firewall experience (SonicWall, Fortinet, etc.)
- Backup and disaster recovery familiarity
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, etc.)
- $28/hour (~$58,240 annually)
