What You'll Do – 90-Day Outlook
First 30 Days
• Learn our value proposition and how we help clients build long-term wealth.
• Shadow with our sales team to understand our services, ideal client profile, and how we approach consultative sales.
• Understand the background of our ideal clients—what we are looking for, why clients are successful with us, how to spot a great prospect.
• Learn the current business development tools and understand key metrics for success in your role.
By 60 Days
• Build an opportunity pipeline by engaging with new prospective accounts.
• Advance in-depth knowledge of our firm’s solutions, industry trends, and competition.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions and opportunities in HubSpot.
By 90 Days and Beyond
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quota and pipeline generation targets.
• Deliver accurate weekly/monthly forecasts to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and client success to refine messaging and lead quality.
• Contribute to sales process improvements and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Responsibilities
• Manage inbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
• Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales process to booked consultations
• Track all sales activities and interactions in HubSpot CRM
• Consistently exceed monthly quotas and performance targets
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams to improve lead quality and conversion
• Represent TRM CPA with professionalism and energy at every touchpoint
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 2–6 years of closing experience in high-ticket B2B services
• Confident communicator with a persuasive phone presence
• Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
• Energetic, coachable, and highly goal-oriented
• Based in or able to commute to Jupiter, Florida
