TRL Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreperson to lead the installation and programming of advanced security solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful deployment of CCTV, access control, and burglary systems in commercial settings.
The Project Foreman will train technicians on installation best practices, assist with hands-on installation, and provide advanced system programming and troubleshooting for various platforms (e.g., Lenel, Honeywell, Avigilon). Key responsibilities also include conducting on-site project evaluations for compliance, notifying the Project Manager of out-of-scope work, and ensuring all project documentation, workplans, and service tickets are accurately completed and updated for billing and record-keeping. Position Requirements
- 5 years installing CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion systems ( i.e. Lenel, Genetic, Axis, OpenPath, EagleEye, etc)
- 4 years in a leadership role
- Experience programming and integrating CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion systems.
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Posses a valid California Driver License and proof of auto insurance.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends (if needed).
- Punctuality and regular attendance
- Repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak
- Move/transport/install/remove items weighing 50 pounds
- Drive for 2 hours in a work shift/day
- You may work at extreme heights occasionally, and an indoor environment under all temperature variations. Confined spaces may occasionally be required.
- Work is performed on construction sites, in commercial buildings, high rise buildings, and/or hospitals with patient contact.
